KAM Key Account Manager Job Opening In Bogotá – Now Hiring IMEXHS | Imaging Experts and Healthcare Services.

Estamos buscando al mejor candidato para unirse a nuestro equipo en el rol de KAM Key Account Manager - Bogotá y Zona Centro Colombia

Compensación: COP 5M/mes + Bonos (hasta 15% de la compensación base)

Ubicación: Bogotá

    en venta consultiva y ventas B2B.

    en CRM (Gestión de relaciones con el cliente) y HubSpot.

    experto
    en ventas de Software (SaaS)

Responsabilidades y más:

  • Identificar, prospectar y cerrar oportunidades de negocio en instituciones públicas y privadas del sector salud.

  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas: prospección, presentación, propuesta técnico-comercial, negociación y cierre.

  • Vender en cuentas claves nuevas en la zona.

  • Mantener y fortalecer las relaciones con cuentas clave existentes, asegurando su satisfacción y fomentando oportunidades de up-selling y cross-selling.

  • Trabajar de manera coordinada con el equipo de preventa, CSM, implementación y soporte para asegurar una experiencia positiva del cliente.

  • Elaborar reportes periódicos de avances, proyecciones de ventas y actividades en CRM (HubSpot).

  • Participar en licitaciones y procesos contractuales, liderando la elaboración de propuestas técnicas y comerciales.

  • Monitorear el mercado y la competencia en la región para ajustar la estrategia comercial.

  • Mantenerse actualizado en las tecnologías que desarrolla la Compañía.

    Asistir a capacitaciones programadas por la Empresa y autocapacitarse en otras designadas por la Compañía.

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Biomédica o Ingeniería Electrónica.

  • Deseable estudios de posgrado (especialización o maestría) en áreas de negocios, salud digital o ventas estratégicas.

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en ventas consultivas B2B en el sector tecnología y/o software (ideal SaaS).

  • Deseable experiencia en el sector salud, tecnología médica o software clínico.

  • Deseable experiencia específica en ventas de RIS, PACS, HIS, EMR, ERP o soluciones de salud digital.

  • Experiencia en participación y manejo de procesos licitatorios y ventas al sector público y privado.

  • Experiencia gestionando cuentas institucionales complejas y procesos de venta de ciclo largo.
