KAM Key Account Manager Job Opening In Bogotá – Now Hiring BRAVIUM LATAM


Job description

Buscamos un Key Account Manager, para incorporar a nuestro equipo Colombia.

Queremos un candidato (a) con Competencias de liderazgo, comunicación asertiva, trabajo en equipo, visión comercial, capacidad de negociación, organizado, resolutivo y con autonomía para trabajar.

Estamos buscando un KAM para rentabilizar nuestra cartera de clientes y garantizar la satisfacción.

Serás responsable de contactar a cada uno de nuestros clientes (B2B y B2C Premium), con el objetivo de incentivar los canjes, crear estrategias, hacer seguimiento de los proyectos, proponer mejoras en los procesos.

  • Responsabilidades:

  • Colaborar con los clientes para comprender sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas.

  • Desarrollar soluciones que aborden las necesidades de los clientes y se alineen con sus objetivos estratégicos, dando soluciones a sus requerimientos.

  • Cultivar relaciones duraderas con los principales interesados y tomadores de decisiones dentro de las empresas.

  • Apoyar en el proceso de conversión en contacto con las otras áreas de la empresa (Compras, Excelencia Operacional).

  • Dar solución a los requerimientos de los clientes.

  • Realizar la carga de nuevo productos en nuestra plataforma.

  • Análisis y segmentación de nuestra base de datos para acciones estratégicas.

  • Brindar apoyo a los clientes para saber utilizar nuestras plataformas.

  • Atención a clientes C2C Premium (Consumer to Consumer) y B2B (Business to Business)
  • Requisitos:

  • Escolaridad: Título profesional en Comercio Internacional, licenciaturas económico-administrativas y/o afines.

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia comprobable (idealmente como KAM en empresas de tecnología, comercio electrónico, Programas de fidelización).

  • Excelentes habilidades de organización, planeación y proactividad.

  • Disponibilidad para viajes y eventos.

  • Manejo de Indicadores de gestión y presentación de Informes.

  • Buen manejo de herramientas office, (Excel, power point, etc), Excelente manejo de Excel Intermedio -Avanzado, comprobable.
