Overview
We are looking for a Junior Analyst to support our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects by creating clear and professional training and user documentation .
The role is focused on syncing with project stakeholders, consolidating inputs, and producing step-by-step guides , “How-to” documents , and user manuals in both English and French .
Responsibilities
- Meet with project stakeholders to gather information and clarify processes.
- Translate business/technical input into simple, structured documentation .
- Produce training deliverables including:
- Step-by-step user guides
- How-to manuals
- Quick reference materials
- Prepare and format Word documents with high standards of clarity and presentation.
- Deliver documentation in English and French (translation support may be provided).
- Ensure consistency and version control of materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Communications, Business, IT, or related field.
- Strong writing and presentation skills in English (must) and French (must) .
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and general office tools.
- Ability to quickly understand and explain system processes (ERP knowledge a plus, not required).
- High attention to detail and ability to produce polished deliverables.

- Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O) concepts as needed.
