Job description

En Marsh McLennan estamos buscando un talento para unirse a nuestro equipo como Analista de Operaciones de Ventas.

Este rol estará ubicado en Bogotá.

Es un puesto híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina.

Esta posición apoya actividades operativas y de mejora de procesos dentro del clúster de ventas, enfocándose en la calidad de datos, seguimiento de KPIs y comunicación interna para optimizar el rendimiento de ventas.

Contarás con nosotros para:

  • Gestionar el soporte operativo para los equipos internos, incluyendo atender solicitudes relacionadas con informes, acceso a sistemas y consultas de datos.

  • Actuar como punto de contacto para escalar problemas operativos y garantizar su resolución.

  • Documentar procesos y crear manuales para los usuarios internos.

  • Validar planes de incentivos, revisarlos y aprobar su pago.

  • Identificar cuellos de botella en las operaciones, proponer optimizaciones y generar informes periódicos de desempeño (por ejemplo, tiempos de respuesta, cumplimiento de SLAs).

  • Apoyar proyectos de digitalización y automatización para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.

  • Administrar y validar datos en múltiples sistemas (ERP, CRM, herramientas internas) para asegurar su calidad.

  • Facilitar la comunicación con ventas y otras áreas internas, reportando incidencias críticas y haciendo seguimiento hasta su resolución.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Formación profesional en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas o Actuaría.

  • De 2 a 3 años de experiencia apoyando operaciones de ventas, especialmente en calidad de datos, revisión de información, gestión de documentos y seguimiento de KPIs (por ejemplo, tasa de conversión, ciclo de ventas).

  • Experiencia trabajando con plataformas CRM, especialmente Dynamics.

  • Dominio intermedio de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas complejas).

  • Conocimiento en herramientas de visualización de datos como Power BI.

  • Orientación a resultados y habilidades de pensamiento crítico.

  • Experiencia en soporte de ventas en el clúster Norte (Perú, Panamá, República Dominicana, Puerto Rico).

  • Capacidad para interpretar métricas operativas como SLAs, tiempos de respuesta y eficiencia.

  • Familiaridad con procesos de PMO y seguimiento de flujos operativos.

  • Habilidades bilingües o conocimientos adicionales de idiomas son un plus.
