Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key clients.
- Client Needs Understanding: Deeply understanding the needs, goals, and challenges of key clients.
- Strategic Planning: Creating and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue.
- Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Internal administration: Help leader collect and analyze data, infos and report.
- Negotiation: Negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and renewals with key clients.
- Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by key clients.
Profile and Experience
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Langue : English and Spanish
- Office application : Proficient in using office software
- Working experience: At least 2 years of experience in home appliance sales or retail, especially TV, air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, etc.
