Our client is building a dynamic data analytics and mining team to solve data challenges and support business needs.
Being part of customer support involves not only handling various types of requests to restore the service to a needed level when it's broken.
We also fulfil standard service requests, analyze unusual issues reported by end-users, and assist the customer with business operations execution.
Moreover, we also assist with the analysis of overall information, report preparation, and knowledge base updates, among other tasks.
IF YOU ARE
- Knowledgeable in Azure deployments and telemetry offerings such as Application Insights, App Services, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, and Service Bus
- Experienced with SQL Server low-level interfacing technologies, including SSIS and Transact-SQL
- Confident working with .NET, particularly the Core framework
- Comfortable using Postman or Fiddler for API and web debugging
- Holding a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline (would be a big plus)
- Familiar with Visual Studio IDE (as a bonus)
- Proficient in Jira or similar project/issue tracking tools and GitHub or similar source control/versioning systems (as a win)
- An upper-intermediate English speaker with fluent verbal and written communication skills
AND YOU WANT TO
- Establish and maintain proactive support monitoring for systems in scope
- Keep shared support knowledge and documentation for Middleware, Ecommerce, and API components and processing in scope
- Coordinate and resolve technical issues on assigned applications
- Detect applications' stability and functionality to maintain significant up-time and reliability
- Identify system outages, perform diagnostic triage, and correct or escalate issues as per the established runbook
- Escalate issues to 2nd-level resources
- Maintain application support runbooks for Middleware, Ecommerce, and API processes
