**Resumen de la posición**

Será responsable de ejecutar la estrategia comercial en el canal de droguerías, con foco en productos de nutrición infantil.

Deberá asegurar la correcta implementación en punto de venta, liderar al equipo de visitadores de farmacia, gestionar inventarios y devoluciones, y optimizar la rentabilidad del cliente, cumpliendo con las políticas regulatorias vigentes.

+ Ejecutar el plan estratégico del cliente en farmacias de cadena.
+ Cumplir objetivos de ventas, promociones y visibilidad.
+ Gestionar saldos, codificación de productos y mantenimiento de precios.
+ Asegurar niveles adecuados de stock y cero agotados.
+ Realizar visitas diarias según plan de trabajo.
+ Aplicar políticas comerciales y manejar información confidencial.
+ Monitorear tendencias del mercado y competencia.
+ Ejecutar merchandising junto al equipo de visitadores de farmacia.
+ Capacitar y desarrollar al equipo de visitadores, distribuidores y fuerzas de venta.
+ Coordinar con el equipo de Visita Médica para optimizar resultados.
+ Generar reportes e informes que respalden decisiones comerciales.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**

+ Profesional universitario en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
+ Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en ventas de consumo masivo o industria farmacéutica.
+ Experiencia en canales como Droguerías, UTT, ISD, nutrición infantil o afines.
+ Manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas.
+ Conocimientos en marketing, trade marketing, finanzas, planificación comercial, plataformas digitales y reportes.

**Datos de compensación** :

Salario básico de $ 3.400.000 y variables de hasta $ 1.400.000 más beneficios fijos de compañía.
