Junior
*Business Development Manager (BDM) *
, que se unirá a nuestro equipo para aportar su experiencia y contribuir al éxito de proyectos internacionales de alto impacto.

Esta persona tendrá dos grandes retos:
convertir las oportunidades de negocio generadas por marketing en cierres comerciales
y
generar nuevas cuentas propias en la región
.

El rol incluye la comercialización de servicios como desarrollo de software a la medida, inteligencia artificial, arquitectura de datos y equipos dedicados.

Su principal objetivo será ejecutar el ciclo comercial completo hasta lograr el cierre, relacionándose con todos los stakeholders del proceso.

¿Qué harás en el día a día?

  • Gestionar los leads calificados provenientes del equipo de marketing y llevarlos hasta el cierre.

  • Prospectar nuevas oportunidades comerciales en el mercado LATAM.

  • Liderar el ciclo comercial completo: desde la reunión exploratoria hasta la firma del contrato.

  • Elaborar propuestas comerciales junto a los equipos de preventa, financiero y jurídico.

  • Participar en eventos, reuniones y ferias del sector representando a Heinsohn.

  • Mantener el CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) actualizado y con un pipeline activo.

  • Construir relaciones sólidas con los nuevos clientes.

    Esto incluye visitas presenciales ocasionales.

¿Qué buscamos en i?

  • +3 años de experiencia en ventas B2B de soluciones tecnológicas (software, IA, servicios TI o similares) en el mercado LATAM.

  • Experiencia vendiendo servicios como desarrollo de software a la medida, outsourcing de talento TI, analítica de datos, IA o machine learning.

  • Habilidad demostrada para liderar procesos de venta consultiva y cerrar acuerdos con decisores de alto nivel.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y relacionamiento comercial.

  • Autonomía, organización y fuerte enfoque en el cumplimiento de metas.
