Junior Account Manager – División Farmacéutica

Propósito del Cargo

Apoyar la gestión y desarrollo comercial de clientes del sector farmacéutico, con un enfoque consultivo y de acompañamiento técnico–comercial.

Este cargo contribuye a la fidelización de clientes, a la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio y al crecimiento de la división, bajo la guía y acompañamiento del equipo comercial senior.

Responsabilidades Principales

  1. Apoyar en la ejecución de planes comerciales para clientes del sector farmacéutico, con énfasis en portafolio de materias primas y nutracéuticos.

  2. Brindar soporte técnico–comercial a clientes, acompañando las presentaciones y posicionamiento de soluciones.

  3. Realizar prospección de clientes potenciales y dar seguimiento a oportunidades de negocio.

  4. Participar en procesos de negociación comercial a nivel operativo, bajo lineamientos del área comercial senior.

  5. Elaborar reportes de gestión, indicadores de ventas y pronósticos básicos de acuerdo con las herramientas definidas.

  6. Mantener contacto frecuente y profesional con clientes, reforzando la relación comercial.

  7. Coordinar con las áreas internas (operaciones, supply chain, calidad y regulatorio) para asegurar entregas oportunas y cumplimiento de estándares.

  8. Apoyar en la organización de citas, visitas comerciales y participación en ferias o eventos del sector.

Perfil Requerido

Formación Académica

  • Profesional en Química Farmacéutica (preferiblemente) o áreas afines como Química, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería de Alimentos o carreras en Ciencias de la Vida.

  • Formación complementaria en gestión comercial o mercadeo será valorada.

Experiencia

  • Entre
    2 y 3 años de experiencia
    en roles comerciales o técnico–comerciales en la industria farmacéutica, química o nutracéutica.

  • Experiencia en prospección de clientes, soporte técnico y desarrollo de oportunidades de negocio.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Manejo intermedio de Excel y herramientas digitales de gestión comercial (CRM).

  • Conocimiento básico del mercado farmacéutico, regulaciones y tendencias.

  • Inglés intermedio (deseable).
