En Job&talent en este momento, estamos en búsqueda de Jefe de Mesa de Ayuda TI o Coordinador de Service Desk Regional para trabajar con importante empresa de servicios compartidos ubicada en Chia.

Funciones

  • Liderar y coordinar equipos de soporte técnico distribuidos en varios países o sedes.

  • Gestionar la Mesa de Servicio (Service Desk) y asegurar el cumplimiento de SLA y calidad de atención.

  • Supervisar procesos ITIL/ITSM: incidentes, solicitudes, problemas, cambios y conocimiento.

  • Monitorear métricas y reportar indicadores clave de soporte a la gerencia regional.

  • Coordinar proveedores de hardware y servicios, garantizando continuidad operativa.

  • Gestionar infraestructura de TI: seguridad de endpoints, inventario, actualizaciones y mantenimiento de equipos.

  • Optimizar procesos de soporte e implementar mejoras continuas.

  • Apoyar en proyectos de TI y en el desarrollo del equipo, fomentando motivación y cumplimiento de objetivos.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o afines.

  • Certificación ITIL (V.3 o superior).

  • Conocimiento en herramientas de Service Desk (Ivanti, Aranda, BMC, ServiceNow) y Google Workspace.

  • Experiencia en gestión de métricas y cumplimiento de SLA.

Formación académica

Profesional Graduado en Ingeniería de sistemas, de telecomunicaciones, electrónica o afines.

Se valoran estudios de especialización y Requiere Certificación ITIL.

Experiencia

Al menos 7 años en soporte de TI, con al menos 5 años liderando equipos multi-país.

Salario

$ 8.000.000 + prestaciones de ley + beneficios corporativos (si vive en Bogotá tiene ruta desde el portal del norte, servicio de casino, Gimnasio, Zona de descanso y entretenimiento, Servicio de Parqueadero en la sede administrativa según disponibilidad.)

Jornada laboral

Lunes a Viernes - 8:30 am a 5:30 pm.

Beneficio (de acuerdo a responsabilidades) viernes en las semanas sin festivos salida 2 pm.

Disponibilidad por novedades que puedan presentarse Sábados, Domingos, Festivos las horas extras van después de las 44 H.

Sede administrativa

La sede administrativa esta ubicada en Chía y ocasionalmente se realizan visitas a puntos de venta en Bogotá zona norte.
