Jefe Call Center de Cobranzas Job Opening In Bogotá – Now Hiring Ofertasynegocios


Job description

Empresa del sector financiero requiere contratar para su equipo: Jefe call center de cobranzas.

Perfil: Profesionales en áreas de administración y finanzas.


Objetivo del cargo: Liderar al equipo a su cargo en función del cumplimiento de metas y resultados para la cartera asignada, preocupándose por dar seguimiento a las gestiones que se ejecutan, acompañar y retroalimentar a las personas a su cargo, diseñar nuevas estrategias que faciliten los cumplimientos de objetivos propuestos, representar a la empresa y ser un referente técnico de cara a clientes, su equipo u otras jefaturas internas de la compañía.




Requisitos: 
– Al menos 3 años de experiencia liderando equipos dentro de un área cobranza de productos financieros intangibles (créditos) manejando específicamente cartera de empresas.


– Conocimiento en administración de equipos/recursos humanos.

Salario: 4.448.000 + 1.900.000 comisiones prestacionales.

Contrato: Indefinido


Horarios: Rotativos de 8 horas de lunes a sábado.
