About the Role
As a Java FullStack Architect/Tech Lead , you’ll design and develop scalable low/no‑code solutions, enabling safe and efficient developer forking flows.
You’ll lead a skilled team, provide technical direction, and collaborate across functions to turn complex business needs into high‑quality, maintainable systems.
What You Will Do
- Lead the architecture and development of low/no‑code solutions to support safe and isolated developer forking flows.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, design) to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure high‑quality code through design reviews, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
- Champion innovation and technical excellence while balancing delivery timelines and business goals.
Must Haves
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with deep expertise in Java and Spring .
- 3+ years of leadership experience (Tech Lead, Architect, or similar).
- Experience with responsive web applications using JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS, or similar .
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, system design, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing secure, multi‑tenant, and scalable SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with microservices, event‑driven architectures, and domain‑driven design.
- Hands‑on experience with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a fast‑paced environment with clear delivery goals.
- Upper‑intermediate English level.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms or workflow automation tools.
- Knowledge of frontend state management (Redux, Context API, etc.) and UI/UX considerations.
