Join the ITIL Change Manager role in Bogotá to oversee IT operational activities within Chubb’s Infrastructure area, with a focus on Change Management.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and coordinate IT operational activities within the Infrastructure area, focusing on Change Management.
- Handle requests that correspond to a Change Ticket or become one within the Technology Operating Center, ensuring the quality and integrity of the process at all times.
- Lead the weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on change tickets, upcoming deployments, and the achievement of objectives and SLAs.
- Maintain strong knowledge and advanced proficiency with the ServiceNow ITSM tool.
- Serve as a member of the Incident, Problem & Change (IPC) Management Team within the Technology Operating Center.
- Demonstrate knowledge of technology platforms including Mainframe, Open Systems, Storage, Windows, and Linux.
- Be familiar with both On-Premises and Cloud infrastructure architectures.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to eliminate systemic issues and prevent recurrence.
- Interact with vendor partners to ensure root causes are identified and remediated.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and audit requirements.
- Contribute actively to audit and compliance processes as a key component of the role.
- Ensure timely restoration of IT service delivery.
- Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to management regarding service status.
- Evaluate service reports, identify issues, and proactively drive corrective actions in problem areas.
- Leverage the broader IT organization to deliver and communicate business value.
- Facilitate business discussions that enable IT to address current and future business needs.
What Were Looking For
- IT professional with 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure, operations, compliance, and/or security.
- Solid experience in ServiceNow, managing a high volume of tickets.
- Experience in project management and business analysis.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and platforms (preferred).
- ITIL v3 or higher experience/certification.
- Action- and closure-oriented, with a strong results focus.
- Advanced organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration skills within a team.
