In this role, you will manage incoming support requests, provide technical resolutions, work on maintenance and project tasks, and contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
About The Role
- Location: Bogotá, Colombia
- Set up: Hybrid, 3 days in-office (Monday to Wednesday), 2 days remote (Offices in Parque 93).
- Type of contract: Full-time, Indefinite Term, under Salario Ordinario or Salario Integral (Model to be discussed).
- Salary: – COP/month base.
- Benefits: Legal local benefits + prepaid medicine.
- Working Hours: 9-hour shifts between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
What You'll Do
- Manage tickets and requests efficiently.
- Receive and document all customer calls, ensuring proper tracking.
- Provide initial assessments, attempt first-time resolutions, and escalate tickets as necessary.
- Contribute to process enhancements, documentation, and automation to optimize workflows.
- Perform assigned maintenance and project tasks.
- Assist with backlog tickets and platform cleanups as needed.
- Important: you need to be comfortable working on lower level tickets as well as more complex work, since you'll be working in the night shift from company's perspective in UK, so a smaller team is active at these hours.

Must-Have Skills
- Advanced English (C1 or C2 proficiency) is obligatory.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- +5 years in IT support roles, with previous experience in an MSP environment.
- Proficient in Group Policy/ADMX within Intune/Endpoint Manager.
- Strong practical experience with Intune, device management, and compliance.
- Deep understanding of public DNS records and security best practices.
- Expertise in backup protocols, including best practices and restore processes.
- Solid networking knowledge, including switching, routing, and traffic management.
- Advanced skills in Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills, particularly with Windows OS, Office 365, and email flow (MacOS experience is a plus).
Bonus Skills
- Microsoft Certifications in AZ or MS tracks.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for administrative automation.
- Familiarity with Azure infrastructure, including design and implementation.
- Experience deploying applications with SCCM or other RMM tools.
- Knowledge of SCIM and SSO within Azure AD.
