In this case, we are looking for someone to join our internal team and provide excellence to make the magic happen.
What you will do:
- Manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD.
- Administer and maintain our cloud-based domain controller to ensure reliable identity and access management for all remote users.
- Oversee account provisioning, group policy management, and directory synchronization.
- Evaluate opportunities to simplify our infrastructure and reduce costs through increased use of cloud-native services.
- Monitor systems for uptime, patch compliance, and security performance.
- Maintain and support limited on-premise office hardware, including internet connection, firewall, wireless access points (WAPs), switches, printers, and user workstations.
- Manage VPN or secure remote access solutions that connect remote employees to company resources.
- Implement and monitor network security standards and device configurations for optimal performance.
- Enforce company-wide security policies (MFA, endpoint protection, access control, and device compliance).
- Evaluate and recommend cost-effective security and monitoring solutions that fit a cloud-first, remote environment.
- Provide responsive Tier 1–2 support to employees for hardware, software, network, and account issues.
- Track and document issues using a ticketing or tracking system.
What you'll need to know:
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server environments, and network administration.
- Understanding of security principles, identity management, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and support a remote team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English to collaborate across teams.
- Advanced English level.
A great plus:
- Experience with VMware, Intune, or similar enterprise device management tools.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting or automation.
- Prior experience working in a cloud-first or hybrid infrastructure setting.
