We are looking for a IT Systems Administrator who is passionate about building and protecting the technological foundation that powers our studio.
We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator who is passionate about supporting and optimizing the technological foundation that powers our studio.
You will play a key role in ensuring that all IT systems, tools, and infrastructure run smoothly for both on-site and remote teams.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain studio tech tools and services, including repositories, build systems, Google Workspace, backups, and antivirus platforms.
- Deploy and configure servers, networks, VPNs, and storage systems to ensure availability and performance.
- Support and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and network shares.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in systems, networks, software, and hardware.
- Implement and maintain backup strategies and basic disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor the lifecycle and health of IT equipment and software, planning timely updates or replacements.
- Manage and prioritize IT support tickets, providing efficient solutions to users.
- Maintain clear documentation of incidents, solutions, and updates.
- Collaborate with other departments on technical projects and improvements.
- Stay informed on IT trends and suggest process or tool optimizations.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of server administration (Linux & Windows) and network fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with VPN configuration, cloud and on-premise environments, and basic scripting.
- Experience managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file shares.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Office 365 administration.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience working in technology environments (video games or software development is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1 or higher) for documentation and collaboration.
Nice to have:
- Experience in video game or creative technology industries.
- Familiarity with Proxmox hypervisor, pfSense firewall, Perforce Helix Core server, Debian-based Linux servers, and/or SSO solutions.
- Experience with Arista, Netgear, or Mellanox switches.
