We are looking for a IT Support to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain effective monitoring practices to ensure optimal performance of Linux servers.
• Collaborate closely with the development and operations team to facilitate continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Perform proactive scans to identify and address potential issues before they impact system performance.
• Manage and optimize server environments to meet the demands of development and production.
• Customer Service: Provide technical support to customers through various channels such as chat, email and telephone, ensuring you understand and address their needs effectively.
• Technical Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical problems, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps and providing effective solutions.
• Recording and Follow-up: Document each customer interaction in detail, ensuring you follow established procedures and record any unresolved issues for further follow-up.
• Customer Training: Educate customers on the proper use of our products or services, providing clear instructions and advice to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as Product Development and Quality, to report recurring issues and participate in the continuous improvement of our products and services.
Requirements:
• Advanced English (excluded)
• Graduated from the Systems degree or related
• Previous experience in the field will be valued, such as technical or IT support
• Full Remote (Rotative Schedule)
