Puesto: IT Support Analyst / IT - Vicepresidencia de Operaciones / ScotiaGBS Bogotá, Colombia

Propósito

Brindar soporte técnico básico y especializado para incidentes y requerimientos tecnológicos relacionados con las unidades de negocio y departamentos de GBS Colombia, de forma reactiva, preventiva, proactiva y predictiva.

Contribuir con el logro de los objetivos del departamento de IT, la Vicepresidencia de Operaciones y GBS Colombia, mediante la ejecución de actividades y responsabilidades asignadas.

Proporcionar a todos los usuarios el más alto nivel de fiabilidad y disponibilidad de recursos tecnológicos, incluyendo equipos de computación, telefónicos, periféricos, audio/video, infraestructura de redes, servidores, aplicaciones y software.

Responsabilidades

  1. Gestionar tecnologías de la información, asegurando su disponibilidad y soporte.

  2. Proporcionar soporte técnico para incidentes de hardware y software en diversos dispositivos y aplicaciones.

  3. Solucionar problemas recurrentes de hardware y software.

  4. Atender requerimientos tecnológicos, gestionando con los equipos propietarios.

  5. Brindar soporte a proyectos y tareas temporales asignadas.

  6. Coordinar movimientos, traslados y migraciones de equipos y dispositivos tecnológicos.

  7. Contactar proveedores para mantenimiento, servicio y soluciones.

  8. Realizar instalaciones, configuraciones y despliegues de sistemas operativos y aplicaciones.

  9. Atender canales de comunicación habilitados para soporte técnico.

  10. Representar a GBS Colombia en discusiones técnicas y proyectos.

  11. Gestionar y mantener activos tecnológicos, incluyendo diagnóstico y reparación.

  12. Controlar y gestionar activos tecnológicos con responsabilidad y proactividad.

  13. Documentar información técnica y proponer mejoras continuas.

  14. Liderar y promover la cultura de cliente y alto rendimiento en el equipo.

  15. Considerar el apetito y cultura de riesgo en actividades y decisiones.

  16. Fomentar un entorno de trabajo inclusivo, motivando y desarrollando al equipo.

Gerente principal: IT Support Manager

Empleados y ámbito de control

  • Soporte técnico en turnos rotativos 24/7.

  • Soporte en el campus de Bogotá y para operaciones internacionales.

  • Soporte en inglés y español.

  • Diagnóstico y soporte de equipos tecnológicos.

  • Gestión de activos y soporte en horarios flexibles.

Educación, experiencia y requisitos

  • 1-2 años en soporte técnico.

  • Formación técnica, tecnológica o ingeniería en Tecnologías de la Información.

  • Conocimientos en sistemas, hardware, redes y telefonía VoIP.

  • Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión del tiempo.

  • Dominio de español e inglés (B2 preferiblemente).

Condiciones de trabajo

  • Ambiente de oficina, con movimiento frecuente y acceso a áreas técnicas refrigeradas.

  • Jornada en turnos rotativos, posible trabajo en horarios fuera de la jornada habitual.
