We are seeking a proactive and highly organized
IT Manager
to join our team and support a US-based client.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage IT operations across hardware, software, user support, and security.
You will ensure system efficiency, compliance, and a seamless IT experience for all users.
Responsibilities
- MSP Assistance: Monitor ticket completion, follow up with users and team leads to ensure timely resolution.
Hardware Management:
Pre-configure devices for new users (AutoPilot).
- Track device assignments, compliance (Intune / Sophos), and performance.
Advise on hardware replacement cycles.
Software Management: Administer software licenses (MS 365, Adobe, etc.).
User Management:
Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Compare ADP with Entra ID and Verizon user data, update statuses, and ensure accurate access.
Monitor systems (e.g., FieldRoutes) for terminated users.
Security:
Daily review of Entra risky users.
- Weekly reporting on sign-in data and identifying abnormalities.
Conduct periodic user access reviews.
KnowBe4 Management: Assign training, monitor compliance, and ensure consistency with ADP/Entra.
- Collaborate with the Data team and support other IT-related projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software administration (MS 365, Intune, Sophos, Adobe).
- Experience with user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding, ADP, Entra ID, Verizon, FieldRoutes).
- Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance monitoring.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English
