As a team member you will act as the liaison between cloud architects and regional and local IT teams as well as local business stakeholders.
Based on the knowledge, the team will help application teams modernize their applications to suit cloud-based deployment and modern authentication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Configuration and/or installation of Servers and Software
Monitoring and Management of Servers and Network Performance
Monitor and respond to network, server, storage related alarms
Cross functional coordination with server, storage, workstation, and application areas with emphasis on security compliance
Management Reporting
Creation and Maintenance of Server/Network Documentation
Creation and Maintenance of Processes and Procedures
Office365, Teams, SharePoint setup, security, and monitoring.

Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
- At least 2 years of proven hands-on experience in complex IT environments.
- Extensive knowledge of IT Services and their relationships in complex environments
- Ability to learn and think out-of-the-box.
- Capable of code analysis and reverse engineering.
- Positive attitude in the face of challenges
- AWS and/or (operations and infrastructure)
- Good Linux/Windows OS administration and scripting skills (DSC preferred)
- Deep knowledge and experience with Kubernetes and similar products, EKS.
- Monitoring and alerting systems.
e.g. DataDog, Icinga, Nagios - Security and Registration Tools.
- Identity and access management using Azure AD
- Automation and implementation of e.g. Terraform, DSC, Ansible, Helm, Azure DevOps
- CheckPoint Firewall Management
- GitOps Practitioner
- Software distribution and software packaging
- Solid networking knowledge
- English language at an advanced level
- A BA/BS degree with 2 years of experience and/or an Associate degree with 3 or more years' experience is preferred.
- Degree equivalency: 5 years' working experience in an enterprise IT environment in a network-specific position.
