Description
We are looking for an IT applications specialist with experience in applications developed in the Workiva or Archer environment to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of applications for various corporate areas, such as the Legal Departments of different business units and the General Secretariat, Quality and Environmental Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Digital Area, and Internal Communication, as well as other areas of the organization.
The role involves close collaboration with IT teams and other departments to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end IT application implementation projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for the functional areas related to the applications under their responsibility.
- Lead the maintenance of applications for various corporate areas, as well as the implementation of new features and improvements.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams to ensure technical issues are resolved and applications and system integrations function optimally.
- Ensure the integrity and security of data managed by the systems.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and end users, ensuring needs and expectations are understood and met.
- Provide technical support and training to users.
- Participate in the process of identifying solutions and applications based on user needs.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent in Computing.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing IT application implementation and maintenance projects.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining applications in the Microsoft Office 365 environment.
- Experience with applications in the Workiva -ESG or Archer environment is a plus.
- Experience with applications developed in MS, WordPress, Appian, or OneTrust environments is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in AI and process automation is a plus.
- Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
