IoT Digital Partner Account Representative (Americas)
Job Description
We help our customers in commercial ecosystem management, post-sales management, brand protection, market analytics, sales intelligence, and revenue augmentation while supporting customers with their digital business development.
We are looking for a person who provide pre-sales and post-sales support to Software Manufacturer IoT Partners.
This role is responsible for selling Software Manufacturer core IOT products and solutions to local IoT Partners through a Digital Sales framework.

Main functions:
- Day-to-day contact with the Partner aligned to the agreed ROB, delivering Revenue and unit targets by month by the Partner.
- Partner Readiness for Software Manufacturer products, licensing, programs, incentives, and training.
- Ability to compare, contrast, and sell Software Manufacturer's offerings versus other companies in the industry.
- Be the subject matter advisor and promote the business value of Software Manufacturer over its key competitors.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to the Software Manufacturer IOT Partners to help close deals with partners and ensure the partner has the right solution.
- Accelerate sales through active weekly pipeline management, marketing initiatives, deal progression, and increasing deal close rates.
- Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management – work closely with the Partner Sales teams to get sales pipeline deals and run rate activity across all IOT product lines to 100% close, Track & report in line with ROB - Rhythm of business
- Act as Helpdesk support to respond to initial questions on IOT Licensing, Operations, Product.
- Using CRM to register all activities and contact with partners.
Requirements
Education and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, sales, marketing, or customer service.
- At least 5 years' experience in account management and development through partners, preferably in the technology industry.
- Advanced English level.
- Concise and effective sales skills.
- IoT (Internet of Things) Account Management & Business Development skills.
- IoT OEM or Channel Partner experience (hardware & channel knowledge) - ideally.
- Product knowledge to provide effective guidance to Microsoft's partners (desirable).
- Microsoft Named Sales Certification.
- Office Automation work tools competences.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system knowledge.
- Digital Marketing basic knowledge.
- Partner ecosystem knowledge.
