Responsabilidades

• Asistir a los equipos de soporte en las operaciones diarias, asegurando la finalización oportuna y precisa de las tareas.
  
  
• Colaborar con los miembros del equipo para desarrollar e implementar mejoras de procesos y mejores prácticas.
  
  
• Contribuir al desarrollo de materiales de capacitación y bases de conocimiento para garantizar procesos consistentes y eficientes.
  
  
• Realizar tareas administrativas, incluyendo entrada de datos, procesamiento de documentos y generación de informes.
  
  

Requisitos

• Actualmente cursando una carrera en:

Administración de Empresas, Psicología o similares.

Comunicaciones (Comunicación Social, Diseño Gráfico, Publicidad)

Ingeniería (Sistemas, Industrial)

Finanzas (Contabilidad, Finanzas)

• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con la capacidad de expresar ideas de manera clara y profesional.
  
  
• Excelentes habilidades interpersonales capacidad de manejar situaciones con empatía y paciencia.
  
  
• Capacidad demostrada para resolver problemas y pensar críticamente, con un enfoque proactivo para encontrar soluciones.
  
  
• Fuertes habilidades organizativas, con la capacidad de priorizar tareas, gestionar el tiempo de manera efectiva y cumplir con los plazos.
  
  
• Mentalidad orientada a los detalles, con un enfoque en la precisión y calidad del trabajo.
  
  
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en colaboración dentro de un entorno orientado al trabajo en equipo.
  
  
• Dominio de equipos informáticos, preferiblemente de GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  
  

Cualidades

• Los solicitantes deben estar actualmente matriculados en un programa universitario acreditado.
  
  (Técnico, tecnológico o profesional)
• Duración de la pasantía:3 meses o 6 meses, dependiendo de la necesidad de su institución educativa.
  
  
• La práctica es remunerada y te brindamos los equipos necesarios para desarrollarla.
  
  
• Los practicantes trabajarán bajo la supervisión y orientación de profesionales con experiencia, quienes brindarán mentoría y apoyo durante la este periodo.

Responsibilities

• Assist support teams in daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  
  
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
  
  
• Contribute to the development of training materials and knowledge bases to ensure consistent and efficient processes.
  
  
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, document processing, and report generation.
  
  

Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in:

• Business Administration, Psychology or similar.
  
  
• Communications (Social Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising)
• Engineering (Systems, Industrial)
• Finance (Accounting, Finance)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and professionally.
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills ability to handle situations with empathy and patience.
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and think critically, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  
  
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  
  
• Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on precision and quality of work.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  
  
• Domain of computer equipment, preferably GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  
  

Qualifications
