**Overview**
The **Marketing Intern** will support the development and execution of internal communication initiatives that align with the organization’s goals.
This role offers hands-on experience in a variety of internal communications practices, including employee engagement, content creation, analytics, and change management.
**Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assist in creating and distributing internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop engaging content.
+ Organize and update databases using tools such as **Excel** , **Mailchimp** , and **Populo** .
+ Support the design and implementation of internal communication plans and strategies.
+ **Prepare reports and dashboards with data and analysis** on communication performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results.
+ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, identifying insights and improvement opportunities.
+ Assist with employee engagement activities, including **town halls** , **team-building events** , and other internal activations.
+ Support logistics and coordination for office-related activities.
+ Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing team.
**Qualifications**
**Your Skills & Experience**
+ Currently enrolled in a **bachelor’s degree program** in **Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field** .
+ Minimum **B2 level of English** (validated through Versant)
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **Spanish and English** .
+ Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
+ Ability to **prioritize and manage multiple projects** in a fast-paced environment.
+ Knowledge of **Excel** , **Power BI** , and data visualization tools.
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and **Google Workspace** .
+ Experience with design and multimedia tools such as **Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and Final Cut** .
+ Understanding of internal communications principles and best practices.
+ People-oriented, with the ability to interact and engage with diverse audiences.
+ Organized, proactive, and adaptable to a constantly evolving environment.
