Brindar soporte administrativo integral a la gerencia de Programas de Soluciones a Pacientes, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, la correcta ejecución de los procesos internos y el mantenimiento documental en los sistemas corporativos.

Este rol permite que los programas de pacientes operen de manera eficiente y alineada con los lineamientos regulatorios, de compliance y de calidad definidos por la organización y los clientes farmacéuticos.

Funciones principales

  • Apoyo a la gestión de programas: Brindar soporte administrativo en el seguimiento del cumplimiento operativo, indicadores clave y estándares de calidad en los programas de pacientes.
  • Aseguramiento de calidad: Colaborar en la verificación del cumplimiento de procesos internos, documentación de actividades, control de versiones y actualización de registros en plataformas como SmartSolve.
  • Seguimiento de entrenamientos: Apoyar en el monitoreo del cumplimiento de entrenamientos por parte del personal clínico (profesionales de la salud), asegurando la trazabilidad de la formación.
  • Gestión documental: Participar en la actualización y control de documentos como capacitaciones, hojas de vida y evidencias del equipo en ELVIS, garantizando el cumplimiento de requisitos de compliance y auditoría.
  • Coordinación de entrenamientos: Apoyar en la planificación, registro y seguimiento de entrenamientos del personal involucrado en los programas.
  • Monitoreo de procesos: Contribuir en revisiones internas para identificar oportunidades de mejora, optimizar flujos de trabajo y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos estándar (SOPs).
  • Gestión de información y reportes: Apoyar en la consolidación y actualización de bases de datos administrativas, control de indicadores y elaboración de reportes de gestión.
  • Interacción transversal: Colaborar con equipos internos (operaciones, calidad, entrenamiento, financiero y compras) para facilitar la correcta ejecución de los programas.
  • Apoyo en proyectos especiales: Participar en iniciativas orientadas a la mejora continua, digitalización o estandarización de procesos dentro de los Programas de Soluciones a Pacientes.

  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Capacidad de análisis, pensamiento crítico y resolución de problemas.

  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
