Overview 
We are a US-based outsource software development company delivering exceptional software experiences since 2011.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our staff augmentation team.
This is a full-time, fully remote position (40 hours/week) that offers flexibility and autonomy.
Responsibilities 
- Master the full recruitment lifecycle within the dynamic tech market and act as a strategic partner to the talent acquisition team 
 - Develop dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates to find the best talent 
 - Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system 
  
Qualifications 
- 4+ years of experience in IT/Tech recruiting 
 - Solid understanding of software development company functioning 
 - Good understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements professionally with potential candidates 
 - Ability to drive full-cycle recruitment process 
 - Wide network and good understanding of local IT community 
 - Strong motivation from individual contribution and team achievements; self-motivation 
 - Analytical skills and attention to detail 
 - Ability to prioritize and quickly switch between tasks 
 - Ability to meet deadlines 
 - Strong communication and collaboration abilities 
 - Upper-Intermediate+ English level 
  
Desirable 
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho, Applicant Pro, etc.) 
 - Experience with various recruiting process automation tools 
 - Experience with Google Suite and Jira
