We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our staff augmentation team.

Is that you?

  • 4+ years of experience in IT/Tech recruiting
  • Solid understanding of software development company functioning
  • Good understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements professionally with potential candidates
  • Ability to drive full-cycle recruitment process
  • Wide network and good understanding of local IT community
  • Strong motivation from individual contribution and team achievements, self-motivation ability
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and quickly switch between tasks
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho, Applicant Pro, etc.)
  • Experience with various recruiting process automation tools
  • Experience with Google Suite and Jira.

In this role, you’ll combine hands-on engineering work with team leadership responsibilities to drive the team’s success and ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

  • As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you won't just manage a pipeline; you'll be a strategic partner.

    You will master the full recruitment lifecycle within the dynamic tech market, receiving dedicated professional training to elevate your expertise.
  • Develop dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates to find the best talent.
  • Maintain data integrity within applicant tracking system.
