Intake and Client Experience Specialist Job Opening In WorkFromHome – Now Hiring Job Duck


Job description

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Intake Specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑centered environment.

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the intake process with clarity and care.

You’ll play a key role in qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the team.

If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working independently with tech tools, this role will feel like a perfect fit.

Schedule

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To

  • Managing the full intake process for new client inquiries
  • Qualifying leads using established criteria
  • Scheduling consultations and marketing appointments
  • Following up with leads and clients via email and Slack
  • Posting and applying payments using Clio
  • Running invoices and following up on outstanding payments
  • Assisting with administrative projects as assigned
  • Supporting the transition away from an answering service by providing dedicated intake support

What We’re Looking For

  • At least one to two years of experience in legal intake preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in a client‑facing or administrative role
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new systems
  • Detail‑oriented and organized
  • Professional, empathetic, and responsive in client interactions
  • Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min.
