90% of seniors want to stay in their home instead of moving into a senior care facility.
We install essential safety and mobility equipment like stairlifts and wheelchair ramps to help seniors stay in their homes longer.
Responsibilities
- Call and qualify inbound leads immediately
- Follow up with warm prospects who've expressed interest or received quotes
- Cold call leads from referral partners, past jobs, and strategic lists
- Book in-home assessments for our local team
- Manage the sales pipeline in our CRM (clean notes, consistent follow-ups)
- Handle objections and help customers understand why our work matters
- Text and email customers to move deals forward
- Answer basic technical questions about our products
- Willingness to troubleshoot previous customers, as needed
You won't be responsible for scheduling, ordering inventory
You're a fit if
- You love being on the phone and great with people
- You've worked inside sales, customer success, or appointment setting
- You're organized and can manage leads without letting anything slip
- You care about helping families make important, emotional decisions
- You have experience working in home services, senior care, or construction industries
