Job Summary

TESYS Networks is seeking a motivated and detail oriented
Inside Sales Executive
to support our growing sales team.

This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and integrity of the sales process.

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will work closely with Account Managers to provide operational support throughout the sales cycle—helping to streamline processes, manage data, and contribute directly to the company's commercial success.

Objective:

To provide high-level operational and administrative support to Account Managers, enabling a seamless sales process and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and register commercial agreements (deal regs).

  • Prepare customer quotations.

  • Track sales through emails and calls.

  • Register and update customer info, opportunities, agreements through CRM
  • Negotiate discounts to improve commercial conditions.

  • Lead research to identify and qualify potential customers for AMs.

Requirements:

  • C1 (advanced) level English proficiency.

  • Speed and autonomy to efficiently handle multiple tasks.

  • MS Excel and numerical ability for calculations.

  • Analytical skills to understand and make strategic decisions.

  • 3 years sales experience (recommended)
  • Professional degree in Sales, Marketing, Administration or related field.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor's degree
    in a related field such as:
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Communications
  • Sales
  • Finance (sometimes, depending on the industry)
  • Associate Degrees
    in business or marketing are also acceptable in many roles, especially with relevant experience.

Experience 2–4 years
of experience in:

  • Inside sales or business development
  • B2B or B2C sales, depending on the company's market
  • CRM and sales pipeline management
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets
