CTG Latam continúa expandiendo su área de infraestructura.

Actualmente estamos buscando un ingeniero talentoso y conocedor que tenga experiencia como líder técnico en Cloud (Azure / AWS), Intune, Office 365, SCCM, con manejo de inglés y español, y que vincule los esfuerzos del equipo con los requisitos y el seguimiento de los servicios principales que tenemos para nuestros clientes.

El candidato adecuado coordinará y organizará las actividades del departamento de acuerdo con las prioridades y competencias de cada uno, así como los requisitos de la organización, para garantizar que se pueda ofrecer un servicio eficiente y eficaz que cumpla con los criterios de calidad dentro de los plazos establecidos.

Responsabilidades principales:

  1. Vincular los esfuerzos del equipo a los requerimientos y seguimiento de los servicios core para nuestros clientes, mediante las herramientas y tecnologías disponibles (Cloud, Intune, Office 365, SCCM, entre otras).

  2. Coordinar y organizar las actividades del departamento según las prioridades y competencias, asegurando un servicio de calidad en los plazos establecidos.

  3. Analizar requisitos de usuarios, evaluar opciones y proveedores, recomendar soluciones y desarrollar infraestructura de TI para satisfacer requisitos y preferencias, alineado con la estrategia comercial.

  4. Hacer recomendaciones a la gerencia y usuarios sobre el uso, gestión y desarrollo del área para ofrecer los mejores servicios.

  5. Traducir los objetivos empresariales en planes de acción específicos en su área.

  6. Desarrollar y ejecutar procesos y procedimientos para alcanzar los objetivos del equipo.

  7. Entrenar y desarrollar a los colaboradores para potenciar sus competencias y habilidades, fomentando un trabajo en equipo efectivo.

  8. Mantenerse actualizado sobre las evoluciones en su área para ofrecer servicios basados en conocimientos actualizados.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Más de 3 años de experiencia como Líder Técnico en Cloud (Azure/AWS), Office 365, SCCM, Administración de Intune, Ingeniero de Implementación, Administrador de Modern Workplace, o Especialista en Infraestructura.

  • Más de 3 años en soporte de escritorios (Desktop Support).

  • Experiencia en Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager), incluyendo inscripción de escritorios Windows, configuración de bloqueo de bits y implementación de software.
