  • ​​   About the Role As our Influencer Outreach Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for discovering, building, and managing relationships with Amazon Live creators and influencers.


    You’ll help develop and execute a strategic plan to grow Kitsch’s presence through live shopping and influencer-led initiatives — working closely with our e-commerce, marketing, and creative teams.


    You’re a natural communicator with an eye for talent, strong organizational skills, and a pulse on social and shopping trends.


    You love connecting with creators, managing details, and turning ideas into impact.


    What will be your responsibilities?


    Identify and onboard Amazon Live creators and influencers aligned with Kitsch’s brand and target audience.


    Manage creator communications — from outreach and negotiation to content coordination and follow-up.


    Maintain and organize creator databases, campaign calendars, and performance tracking sheets.


    Collaborate with the Amazon and Marketing teams to align content strategy with brand goals and product launches.


    Assist in live show scheduling, logistics, and post-show reporting.


    Track metrics and KPIs (engagement, views, conversions) to optimize partnerships and maximize ROI.


    Stay current on trends in Amazon Live, influencer marketing, and e-commerce content.


    What are we looking for in you?

    1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, creator management, talent coordination, or social media partnerships.


    Familiarity with Amazon Live, TikTok Shop, or other live-commerce platforms a major plus.


    Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable managing multiple creators and projects simultaneously.


    Detail-oriented and organized with solid follow-through and a proactive approach.


    Passion for beauty, lifestyle, and e-commerce; understanding of the Kitsch aesthetic and audience.


    Proficiency in Google Workspace and influencer tracking tools (Airtable, GRIN, or similar).
