**About the role:**
This is a key role within Convatec Business Services [CBS] driving compliance and setting the standard for accuracy and governance.
The Gatekeeper role will support Indirect Purchasing Team Leader delivering excellence by providing quality support to our stakeholders, whilst ensuring quality, cost competitiveness, compliance and company purchasing guidance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Work closely with Local units in LATAM, being the SPOC for purchasing processes.
+ Uphold and increase adherence to Purchase to Pay policy.
+ Understand P2P E2E process (From Requisitions to Payments).
+ Ensure Internal Customer satisfaction while upkeeping relevant metrics.
**Skills & Experience:**
+ Problem Solving Mindset
+ Teamwork & Communication
+ Knowledge of Purchasing and Catalogue Maintenance (not mandatory)
**Qualifications/Education:**
+ Finance qualification or academic background is preferred
+ 1-2 years of experience in purchasing
+ SAP Knowledge (Desirable)
+ Previous Experience in Shared Service Center (not mandatory)
**Principle Contacts:**
+ Internal - CBS Teams, Business Units teams, Corporate, PR creators
+ External – Vendors, auditors, other external stakeholders
**Languages**
+ B2 English
*Additional languages can be a plus
**Working Conditions**
+ Hybrid working – 1 day per week in the office – adaptable as Business requirements

+ Occasional requirement to work on bank holidays as per Group Reporting Calendar
