El rol de SDR juega un papel fundamental en el éxito de la empresa al desarrollar la parte superior del embudo de ventas y ser el primer punto de contacto con nuevos clientes potenciales.

Nuestro candidato ideal es capaz de operar en un entorno acelerado y posee excelentes habilidades de comunicación, creatividad y pasión por crecer en su carrera de ventas.

¿Qué harás?

Atenderás a los leads que llegan interesados en nuestra plataforma, comprendiendo sus necesidades y calificando cada oportunidad de manera efectiva.

Serás responsable de:

  • Dar seguimiento inmediato a los prospectos que solicitan información o agendan una demo.

  • Calificar leads entrantes según criterios preestablecidos (industria, tamaño, necesidades, etc.).

  • Coordinar y agendar reuniones para el equipo de ventas o continuar tú mismo/a con el proceso, según el caso.

  • Mantener actualizada la información de los leads en el CRM y asegurar una transición fluida al equipo de cierre.

  • Colaborar con marketing y ventas para mejorar la calidad y conversión de los leads.

Lo que estamos buscando

Experiencia

· Un mínimo de 2-3 años de experiencia en ventas

· Historial comprobado de trabajar en un rol de ventas

· Pasión por la tecnología y por ser parte de una compañía SaaS de rápido crecimiento.

· Experiencia trabajando con CRMs.

Habilidades y cualidades

· Educación a nivel universitario

· Se requiere un alto nivel de precisión y atención al detalle

· Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales

· Alta motivación, entusiasta y con una actitud de poder hacer

· Se valora hablar inglés, aunque no es indispensable
