We're looking for an Implementation Operations Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is on-site at our Pereira office and plays a key part in ensuring smooth and accurate client onboarding.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Implementation team by managing key operational deliverables.
- Configure client plans within the ThrivePass platform.
- Validate data and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
- Suggest improvements to internal processes and workflows.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in operational, administrative, or support roles (experience in SaaS or HR Tech is a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a team-first attitude.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools.
- English level B2+
