Responsibilities
- IAM Analyst to facilitate the activities and tasks for this project working along with other analysts, project manager, applications owners and other stakeholders.
- Engage with various stakeholders and application owners and work through the tasks required to certify access to applications and ensure that access is limited to relevant users.
- Be well versed with Identity and Access Management domain and conduct access certifications, ensuring logical access is governed by facilitating security posture improvement and management of access remediation.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver measurable results.
Required Qualifications
- Technical, technological, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- English level B1 or higher.
- 3 to 6 years of experience as an Identity Access Management Analyst.
- Solid understanding of IAM Domain and Identity Governance.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
- Information Security background with knowledge of security best practices, standards, methodologies, and KPIs.
- Solid understanding of RBAC (Role Based Access Control) and access remediation.
- Solid understanding of Access Controls – lifecycle management of certifications.
- Experience with access governance functions, including access certification, communication, and documentation of operational processes and procedures.
- Good understanding of tools/platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Active Directory, UNIX-like systems and/or LDAP).
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
