As an IAM Engineer (Identity and Access Management), you will be the specialist in digital identity and access management within leading organizations.
Your main mission will be to ensure that the right people have the right access to corporate systems and applications, in a secure, controlled, and auditable way.
This role plays a key part in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and efficient user management.
Your missions
- Design and implement access policies and authentication methods (including login, MFA, etc.).
- Configure and manage roles, permissions, and groups within platforms such as Okta and Azure Active Directory.
- Integrate corporate applications (SaaS, on-premise, cloud) with central identity systems.
- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and automated user provisioning (SCIM).
- Administer the identity lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and modification of user accounts.
- Synchronize identities with external directories and services (such as HR or ERP).
- Implement security controls (MFA, password policies) and ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Monitor suspicious access and generate reports for audits.
Your profile
- Experience with identity and access management platforms such as Okta and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience integrating applications using protocols like SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, and SCIM.
- Experience in automating processes and user management with APIs, PowerShell, or Azure CLI.
- Experience implementing MFA, SSO, and conditional access policies.
- Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies (Okta, Azure AD, Microsoft Azure).
- Experience with OpenAI or generative AI tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
