This department is responsible for engineering, commissioning, maintaining, and supporting networking components and solutions across the global Amadeus infrastructure.
The team focuses on service quality, efficiency, and cost optimization, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and global standards.**Summary of the role:**As a IaC Network Automation Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, deploying, and supporting network security solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
You’ll work primarily with Palo Alto Cloud NGFW and native cloud security technologies, combining deep technical expertise with a passion for automation and reliability.**In this role you’ll:*** Engineer and support scalable network security solutions using Palo Alto NGFW and Azure/cloud-native tools.* Automate deployment and lifecycle management using Terraform, Ansible, Python, or Golang.* Enhance security architectures with a focus on operational excellence and automation.* Troubleshoot and resolve complex network security incidents.* Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline operations.**About the ideal candidate:*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent expe-rience).* 5+ years in network security, firewall administration, SRE, or DevOps.* Proven experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls (PAN-OS, Panorama, VM-Series).* Strong background in cloud networking and automation.
