We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our operations team and support our mission in Colombia and Latin America.

In this role, you will manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance with local labour laws and effective collaboration across diverse teams.
You will work closely with managers, internal stakeholders and external partners to build a positive work environment that supports our shared goals, while helping attract, develop and retain talent crucial to advancing sustainable solutions in the region.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with more than four years of experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to policy implementation and talent development.
