We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team in Bogotá.
The role focuses on employee relations, HR operations, compliance with Colombian labor laws, and day-to-day HR administration.
This position ensures a positive employee experience and supports the smooth execution of HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations & Engagement : Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and HR inquiries; support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and wellness programs.
- HR Administration & Compliance : Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and personnel files in accordance with Colombian labor laws; ensure compliance with local employment regulations, including social security and tax requirements; prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
- Compensation & Benefits Support : Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration; coordinate with Finance and external providers for employee benefits and insurance plans.
- Policy & Process Implementation : Support the rollout of HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company standards and Colombian legislation; provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or similar roles (experience in multinational or BPO environments is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Spanish proficiency preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using HR information systems or management systems.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Spanish-English is an advantage.
