Human Resources Business Partner - Generalist Job Opening In Bogotá Distrito Capital – Now Hiring Vertiv

Resumen de la posición

El Human Resources Business Partner / Generalist (HRBP) actúa como miembro clave del equipo de Recursos Humanos, colaborando con el liderazgo de local y los empleados de las unidades de negocios a su cargo para proporcionar apoyo de RRHH en un entorno de servicios dinámico y de ritmo acelerado.

Reportando al Manager HRBP, este rol apoya las operaciones diarias de RRHH mientras contribuye a iniciativas estratégicas que impulsan el compromiso de los empleados, la excelencia operativa y el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales y políticas de la empresa.

Este puesto requiere un alto nivel de profesionalismo, integridad y confidencialidad, con la capacidad de construir confianza y credibilidad en todos los niveles de la organización.

Esta es una posición presencial en nuestra Sede en Bogotá.

Responsabilidades

  • Proporcionar asistencia/apoyo de recursos humanos para el Manager HRBP, Dirección de HR y los Socios de Negocios de las Unidades a cargo.

  • Gestiona el proceso de distribución de notificaciones de RRHH para nuevas contrataciones, terminaciones, comunicaciones departamentales de RRHH, etc.

  • Asegura que todas las listas de distribución sean precisas y realiza correcciones/actualizaciones según sea necesario.

    Realiza funciones de servicio al cliente respondiendo a solicitudes y preguntas de los empleados.

  • Maneja la información confidencialmente según la política de la empresa.

  • Realiza seguimiento a las vacantes de su área de negocio y mantiene información entre en COE de Adquisición de Talento y los hiring managers.

  • Realiza en conjunto con el equipo de Recursos Humanos, los Onboarding de los nuevos empleados asegurando la experiencia e inmersión del nuevo colaborador desde su primer día.

  • Colabora en el Offboarding de los colaboradores aportando información relevante al sistema de HR.

  • Mantiene y distribuye información actualizada de empleados, manuales de políticas y procedimientos, y otras comunicaciones.

  • Examina los archivos de empleados para responder consultas y proporciona información a personas autorizadas.

  • Genera y manipula informes de Excel de varios programas y los distribuye apropiadamente (por ejemplo, sistema de gestión del desempeño, SharePoint de recursos humanos, etc.).

  • Asegura la precisión en el informe mensuales capturando cambios internos cuando ocurren (por ejemplo, nuevas contrataciones, terminaciones, transferencias internas, promociones, etc.).

  • Compila y mantiene registros de personal electrónicos y manuales.

    Procesa y registra información como datos personales, compensación, asistencia, revisiones o evaluaciones de desempeño, y fecha y motivo de terminación.

  • Procesa cambios en el estado de todos los empleados según sea necesario (por ejemplo, cambio de dirección, transferencias departamentales, aumentos de salario, terminaciones, etc.).

  • Colabora con áreas funcionales de RRHH en varias tareas y solicitudes (es decir, reclutamiento, beneficios, nómina, Desarrollo de Talentos, HRIS, actividades de bienestar y de cultura de la empresa).

  • Colabora con el seguimiento al sistema de Gestión de calidad y auditorias ISO.

Cualificaciones

Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de empresas, Psicología Organizacional, Negocios, Comunicaciones Organizacionales o campo relacionado requerida.

Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en el rol de Recursos Humanos, incluyendo relaciones con empleados.

Sólido conocimiento de políticas de RRHH, procedimientos y leyes laborales/de empleo a nivel local.

Experiencia demostrada en relaciones con empleados, resolución de conflictos y manejo de asuntos del personal con buen juicio y confidencialidad.

Capacidad probada para analizar y resolver desafíos de negocios y empleados de manera oportuna y efectiva.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación—verbal, escrita e interpersonal—con fuertes capacidades de presentación y facilitación.

Alto nivel de iniciativa, profesionalismo, confiabilidad y accesibilidad; comprometido con prácticas éticas de RRHH.

Excepcionales habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo con fuerte atención al detalle y seguimiento.

Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo acelerado, y adaptarse a las necesidades cambiantes del negocio.

Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) y experiencia con sistemas HRIS como Oracle HCM o similares.

Deseable Inglés nivel Intermedio- Avanzado
