About the Job
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive employee relations and supporting our operational goals for overall organizational success.
This is a temporary 6-month contract position.
As a Human Resources Assistant, You Will…
- Keep, organize, and manage physical and digital employee records.
- Prepare HR related records, reports, and statistics.
- Administer social security news, including but not limited to affiliations, transfers, etc.
- Update employee information in company reports and records.
- Receive and manage payroll news, including but not limited to Unpaid leaves, Bereavement leave, Voting leave, Domestic calamity and disability leave, Maternity and paternity leave.
- Process and respond to employee queries on time.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
- Foster a healthy workplace by ensuring HR procedures run smoothly at all times.
- Inform employees about eligibility for additional benefits.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employee status.
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
As a Human Resources Assistant, You Need…
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills – must be able to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to adapt and implement change and innovation.
- Strong interpersonal relations skills; able to deal with people at all levels of the organization.
- Availability to work different shifts, holidays, and weekends.
