E2E Cleaning Services is a leading commercial cleaning company based in Tampa, Florida, serving customers throughout Tampa, St. Petersburg, Lakeland, Orlando, and Fort Myers.
We are seeking a bilingual Human Resource Analyst to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity.
Position Overview
The Human Resource Analyst will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process and daily operations, managing employee documentation, and assisting with various HR administrative functions.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
You will be assigned an assistant to help with some of these tasks, Experience in management is a plus.
Recruitment Support
- Post job openings on various platforms including Website, Indeed, LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and other job boards
- Screen and respond to incoming calls and emails regarding open positions
- Conduct phone interviews and Google Meet video interviews
- Guide candidates through the online application process
Documentation Management
- Prepare and email employment contracts for W-2 employees and subcontractors
- Collect and verify identification documents and Social Security Numbers
- Process W-4 and I-9 forms for new employees
- Run background checks usingCertnplatform
Onboarding
- Must understand and know how to work with Zoho including Zoho People and Zoho recruiting
- Create and Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and subcontractors
- Collect information regarding uniform requirements (shirt sizes)
- Create comprehensive employee profiles including capabilities and availability
- For subcontractors: Process Certificates of Insurance (COI) with E2E added as additional insured
Operations
- Schedule employees and vendors based on project needs, Coordinating with sales director and operations manager
- Help with running Payroll and assisting the accounting Department with verifying of hours
HR Administration
- Utilize applications for HR-related tasks
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Support additional HR functions as needed
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles REQUIRED
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with technology and ability to learn new software applications
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Technical Requirements
- Reliable computer with up-to-date operating system
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet work environment for conducting professional phone and video interviews
- Familiarity with video conferencing tools (Google Meet)
- Experience with office productivity software
Work Schedule
- Full-time position (details of hours to be discussed during interview)
- Remote work from Colombia
