HRIS & Data Management Analyst

Join our team as an HRIS & Data Management Analyst, where you'll collaborate with HR, Benefits, IT teams, and external vendors to drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Document and validate benefit structures, rates, and configurations.
- Audit vendor files and resolve data-related issues.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for technical compatibility.
- Execute system tests, debug issues, and document defects.
- Support internal teams with technical/data concerns.
- Develop test plans and contribute to documentation.
What We're Looking For
- From 3 to 6 years in HRIS systems, HR tech, or business analysis.
- Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups), SQL, and BI tools (Power BI).
- Experience with CSV, XML, JSON, flat files.
- Familiarity with QA tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and integrations (SFTP, APIs).
- Curious about HR tech trends and automation.
- Interest in tools like Power Automate or RPA.
- Proactive in suggesting and implementing process improvements.
