Overview
The HR Systems Analyst 2 is responsible for providing technical and analytical support for Human Resources systems, with a focus on Workday.
This role contributes to the maintenance, optimization, and reporting functions of HR systems, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and alignment with business processes.
The position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in data analysis, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support HR operations.
What you will be doing
- Support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday HCM modules and related HR systems.
- Serve as a technical resource, assisting with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system updates.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and HR stakeholders to ensure systems operate efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct data audits and integrity checks; identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and distribute standard and ad hoc reports using Workday reporting tools and other data platforms.
- Assist in defining data collection and reporting requirements across HR platforms.
- Maintain documentation for system processes, user procedures, and technical guidelines.
- Participate in system testing, upgrades, and implementation projects within Workday and other HR systems.
- Provide support and training to HR team members on Workday functionality and reporting capabilities.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR systems analysis or HRIS support, with direct experience using Workday.
- Familiarity with HR processes and data management practices.
- Proficiency in Workday reporting tools (e.g., Advanced Reporting, Calculated Fields).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with T-SQL.
- Knowledge of system documentation and user support practices.
- Salary information: base salary range of 70,000,000-90,000,000 COP and eligible for benefits.
