Job description

Overview

HR OPERATIONS PARTNER GBS - LATAM at SGS in Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia.

Role responsible for executing, validating and precisely controlling HR processes including personnel administration, payroll, benefits, pre-hiring & offboarding, and time & attendance in the LATAM region.

Ensures regulatory compliance, data integrity, and operational excellence, acting as a link between employees, external providers, and internal support teams.

Contributes to employee experience, process efficiency and proper contractual management, ensuring HR operations are consistent, agile and aligned with corporate policies.

Payroll & Workforce

  • Responsible for executing, validating and controlling all payroll processes in LATAM, in coordination with the external provider (ADP).

    This includes collecting and updating payroll novelties, managing digital employee records, and performing pre- and post-processing controls to ensure payment accuracy, regulatory compliance and transparent records.

Benefits Operations

  • Manage and execute operational processes related to benefits programs for LATAM employees (e.g., insurance, agreements, health plans, vouchers and retirement).

    Ensure records accuracy, adherence to timelines and enrollment/renewal processes; maintain ongoing interaction with external providers, Total Rewards teams and employees.

Prehiring & Offboarding

  • Manage all onboarding and offboarding activities with accuracy and regulatory compliance, including document preparation and custody, timely HR system updates, reporting to regulatory entities and coordination with IT, Security, Facilities.

    Ensure a comprehensive, efficient and legally sound experience for new hires and separations.

Time & Attendance

  • Ensure correct management and validation of attendance records, shifts, rosters, leaves, absences, overtime and vacations.

    Monitor time systems, update work calendars and consolidate reports used for payroll calculations; maintain transparency and compliance with local labor regulations.

Responsibilities Específicas

  • Payroll & Workforce
  • Recopilar, validar y actualizar novedades de personal (ingresos, retiros, cambios contractuales, licencias, vacaciones, etc.).

  • Preparar y entregar archivos de novedades de nómina conforme a lineamientos del proveedor externo (ADP).

  • Ejecutar controles previos y posteriores al procesamiento de nómina, identificando y corrigiendo inconsistencias.

  • Administrar digitalmente expedientes de colaboradores.

  • Apoyar auditorías internas y externas mediante la entrega de información e informes.

  • Colaborar con equipos de HR Operations de cada país en procesos del ciclo de vida del empleado.

  • Consolidar indicadores clave del proceso (exactitud, tiempos de respuesta, cumplimiento de calendario).

  • Apoyar auditorías de fin de año y procesos fiscales en coordinación con cada país.

  • Asegurar cumplimiento regulatorio en conjunto con Payroll Compliance CoE.

Requisitos

  • Formación académica: Tecnólogo o profesional en Administración, Gestión Humana, Contaduría o áreas relacionadas.

  • Experiencia: Experiencia mínima de 2 años en administración de beneficios, compensación o nómina.

  • Experiencia en la atención y resolución de solicitudes de servicio al cliente interno.

  • Experiencia en procesamiento de transacciones y gestión de datos relacionados con procesos de Recursos Humanos.

  • Experiencia en resolución de conflictos y gestión de reclamos.

  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Manejo de plataformas de gestión de beneficios y HR (Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP, sistemas de T&A o similares).

  • Conocimiento de procesos de beneficios, compensación y su impacto en nómina.

  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación oral y escrita en español.

  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y colaboración en entornos multiculturales.

  • Atención al detalle, cumplimiento de plazos y gestión de prioridades múltiples.

  • Habilidades de análisis, conciliación de información y orientación al servicio al cliente
  • Idiomas: Inglés B1 (deseable, especialmente para interacción con equipos globales y documentación corporativa).

    Portugués fluido (requisito para cobertura de Brasil).
