HR Operations Manager - US (Compliance, Comp & Benefits, HRIS)
Overview
Our client is a fast-growing global technology firm providing IT consulting and solutions.
The company seeks an experienced HR Operations Manager for its US division, who will report to its US Head of Human Resources.
The HR Operations Manager’s purview includes HRIS systems and data, compensation and benefits, and compliance, ensuring US labor law readiness and competitive C&B programs to support a high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable payroll process transition from a PEO-based system.
- Benchmark the company’s salary ranges and pay structures against industry peers.
- Assist in negotiating better benefits for the US team.
- Manage ownership of the global HRIS system.
- Ensure compliance with state employment regulations.
- Manage employee relations investigations.
- Build the philosophy for global compensation and benefits.
- Identify best practices for retaining talent and building the employer brand.
- Assist with execution of global HR initiatives and compliance milestones.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or SHRM certification.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in the IT, Consulting, Professional Services, or Financial Services industry.
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws and compliance.
- Data-driven mindset with HRIS/analytics expertise (experience with Workday, Trinet, or similar platforms).
- Experience working in global/matrixed environments and collaborating across geographies.
- Able to travel to US office locations as needed.
- Strategic thinker with execution discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- High emotional intelligence and resilience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Exposure to AI-driven tools is a plus.
Details
- Location: remote in Eastern or Central time zone, USA (with some travel); Dallas location a plus.
- Note: Experience working in global/matrixed environments and collaborating across geographies is required.
Salary and Benefits
This range is provided by Right Executive Search, LLC.
Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr.
