Job description

** This position requires some quarterly team meetings in person, so you must be located in Bogotá **

We are looking for a proactive and versatile
HR & Operations Assistant
to join our team.

This role combines administrative HR support with key account management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-oriented, and comfortable managing both internal HR processes and external client relationships.

You'll play a critical role in supporting the HR department while also serving as a point of contact for a portfolio of clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

What you'll do:

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and updating internal databases.

  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and communicating with candidates.

  • Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors.

  • Maintain HR compliance by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies and procedures.

  • Assist in planning and executing internal initiatives such as staff events, training sessions, and wellness programs.

Account Management & Client Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring ongoing communication and high-quality service.

  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and responding promptly to inquiries or concerns.

  • Coordinate internal resources to fulfill client requirements, deliverables, or service-level agreements.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

  • Prepare regular client reports, feedback summaries, and participate in performance review meetings.

You are:

  • Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, account management, or a related client-facing role.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.

  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS or CRM systems (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced or client-centric environment.

  • Familiarity with Colombian labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Previous experience in a customer service, agency, or HR consultancy environment is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
