Join Our Team as a Helpdesck Analyst

Proveer IT support and troubleshooting por medio de teléfono y correo.

Mantener a los clientes felices por la resolución de problemas de manera rápida y clara.

Requerimiento:

  • Nivel de Inglés: B2+ / C1

  • Estudiante de 3 semestre en adelante o profesional culminado

  • Experiencia: 6 meses de experiencia en Soporte Técnico.

  • *Conocimiento y manejo de habilidades de organización, gestión y Microsoft Office Sistemas Operativos.

Condiciones Laborales:

  • Salario: $ COP + Comisiones por indicadores up to 10% del salario.

  • Tipo de Contrato: Contrato Indefinido (44 horas semanales)

  • Ubicación: Chapinero Bogotá

  • Modalidad: Presencial
