Estamos en búsqueda de una nueva persona GIGAnte para sumarse a nuestro equipo como Help Desk Analyst SQL Server Junior

Lo que harás
Buscamos un Help Desk Analyst SQL Server Junior que se encargue de:

  • Brindar soporte a aplicaciones.

  • Resolver incidentes.

  • Realizar guardias diurnas o nocturnas.

  • Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo de software y base de datos, relacionado con los sistemas de datos corporativos.

  • Utilizar herramientas de diagnóstico y análisis para la resolución de problemas y soporte cuando sea necesario.

Habilidades técnicas:

  • Experiencia comprobable de 1-3 años en Soporte a Usuarios y aplicaciones
  • Conocimientos en C#.

  • Conocimientos en SQL Server (intermedio/avanzado)
  • Nivel básico de inglés.
